As your birth doula, I’m there to support you every step of the way—before, during, and after your birth. I offer calm, steady presence, hands-on comfort, and guidance so you feel safe, supported, and confident as you welcome your baby.

Research shows that continuous doula support can make a real difference, mamas with a doula are 31% less likely to walk away feeling negatively about their birth.

My work is deeply rooted in my Christian faith, which guides me to approach every family with compassion, humility, and respect. This foundation inspires me to walk alongside mothers with gentle encouragement and a listening heart. While my faith shapes how I show up, I wholeheartedly support and honor mothers of all beliefs, cultures, and backgrounds, embracing the unique journey each family takes. My goal is to provide a safe, nurturing space where every mother feels valued, empowered, and cared for.

Isabel was exactly what I needed after a traumatic birth with my first son. She listened without judgement and brought a spiritual aspect to my birthing experience with my second with her knowledge of essential oils, rebozo and the power of intention. She held space for me to move through my birth supported, yet uninterrupted. There were times I completely forgot she was in the room because she was quietly holding space for me to experience childbirth the way I intended, but always, when I needed her, she was right by my side. After my birth, she wrote a beautiful recount of my birth event by time and movement. It was so wonderful to have this third party recount of my birth because she noticed things I did not in the moment and brought a beautiful layer to my birth experience. 10/10 would recommend her.
